Palladium contact coal is used as catalyst to produce water by oxygen and hydrogen, and then two stages are treated by condensation and drying to achieve the purpose of deoxygenation and water removal. Finally, the dust particles in the hydrogen can be removed by dust filter.

       High efficiency catalyst is used for wide ranged deoxygenation without activation. It is suitable for production with high oxygen content and high requirement of excessive hydrogen.
