        In a water electrolyze with a diaphragm to prevent gas permeation, a pair of electrodes immersed in the electrolyte is connected with a DC voltage at a certain voltage (water breakdown voltage 1.23V and heat balance voltage 1.47V).Then the hydrogen and oxygen are dissolved in the water, and the hydrogen and oxygen are sent out continuously after the separation of the gas and liquid through the separator.
